Understand
Understanding what's happening before trying to change it.
Understanding yourself to build the life you want
Practical psychology to help you understand yourself, build healthier relationships, and create a life that feels meaningful to you.
A space to look at your experience with more clarity, curiosity, and tools.
Psychology for real life
It can also help you understand why you think the way you do, why you repeat certain patterns, how you relate to others, what you do with your emotions, and what you need to build a different life. I offer this kind of work through individual therapy and psychoeducational resources.

About me
I'm a psychologist and the creator of The Story You Tell Yourself, a collection of psychoeducational tools inspired by the questions and patterns I encounter again and again in my work. My practice is grounded in the cognitive-behavioral approach — not just understanding what's happening to us, but also observing our thoughts, questioning what we've learned, and practicing new ways of relating to ourselves.
I wanted to create a space you can return to whenever you need it, with questions, exercises, and tools to pause, observe yourself, and better understand what's happening inside you — not to tell you who you should be.
My goal isn't to tell you how to live. It's to help you understand yourself better so you can make more conscious decisions about how you want to live.Book a session

Work with me
A space to understand what you're going through, identify patterns, and develop tools you can apply in your everyday life.
My approach is grounded in cognitive-behavioral therapy. In sessions, we work to understand what's happening, identify patterns in the way you think, feel, and behave that may be influencing what you're experiencing, and develop strategies that make sense for you.
The process is collaborative. You know your story better than anyone; my role is to help you look at it from new angles, identify patterns, and turn what we discover into practical tools.
We can work on things like:

Initial exploration and goal-setting
You don't need to have it all figured out.
You don't need a diagnosis, a clear idea of what to work on, or the perfect words to explain what you're going through. If you know something isn't working the way you'd like, or that you're repeating patterns you don't understand, we can start from there.
We talk about what led you to seek support and what's currently affecting your wellbeing.
We explore relevant parts of your history, relationships, thoughts, emotions, and current situation.
You don't need to arrive with a diagnosis or know exactly what's wrong — figuring that out together is part of the process.
Based on what we find, we set goals and a way of working that fits you.
Now that you know how I work, book your first session.

A psychology workbook app designed to help you explore your thoughts, emotions, relationships, and patterns at your own pace. It's organized into three series, meant to be worked through chapter by chapter, with exercises to reflect on and practice — not just read. Full access to all three series is by subscription. The workbooks are available in both Spanish and English.
Series 01
How you relate to yourself: automatic thoughts, self-esteem, identity, perfectionism, and self-compassion.
Series 02
How you relate to others: attachment, boundaries, communication, trust, and relationship patterns.
Series 03
How you regulate your mind and emotions: anxiety, overthinking, stress, sleep, and uncertainty.
Full access to the workbooks in all 3 series is by subscription. Available in Spanish and English.
